Customer Service Agent / Ramp Agent YXS

Prince George, B.C. – P/T to F/T

Reports to: Dixie Marchuk, Airport Manager – YXS

Successful applicant will have:

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work flexible hours / split shifts
• Ability to lift heavy baggage and cargo
• Willingness to work outside in adverse weather conditions
• Computer knowledge on various programs
• Good communication skills
• Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for loading and unloading CMA aircraft
• Responsible for marshalling aircraft into and out of the gate
• Responsible for de-icing aircraft
• Responsible for grooming aircraft
• Responsible for passenger check-in at the airport counter
• Responsible for flight departure and arrival procedures
• Other duties as required by Manager
