Customer Service Agent – Williams Lake

Position: Customer Service Agent – Part Time

Reports to: Airports Manager

Qualifications:

• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work flexible hours / weekends / split shifts
• Willingness to work outside in adverse weather conditions
• Computer knowledge on various programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heavy baggage and cargo

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in passengers, taking reservations and handling payments
• Processing baggage and cargo
• Respond to passenger inquiries, gate operations and flight closure

Assist passengers with disabilities or special needs
• Other general airport duties as required
