Interlining (also known as “interline ticketing”) is a voluntary commercial agreement between individual airlines to handle passengers traveling on itineraries that require multiple airlines. This allows travel to more destinations than within a single airlines’ scheduled network. Central Mountain Air (9M) currently has an active Interline Agreement in effect with Air Canada (AC) and WestJet (WS).

A benefit of interline travel is that it generally allows a passenger to take advantage of seamless travel through hub airports for themselves and their baggage without the requirement to exit the secure area of the terminal.
