Flight Operations
Our Flight Operations team help ensure the safe and efficient operation of our flights. As a member of our Systems Operation and Control Centre (SOCC), you will use real-time operational information and data to keep our feet of aircraft flying safely and on time. The SOCC is made up of three core functions:
Flight Dispatchers: Work with pilots to develop flight plans, monitor weather conditions, and provide critical details during flights.
Flight Operation Controllers: Liaise and coordinate with the Flight Dispatchers, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with other internal operation teams to ensure the efficient and compliant execution of flight activities.
Crew Schedulers: Manage flight crew scheduling to meet business operational requirements as well as Transport Canada regulations.
