When I purchase a eGift Card how is it delivered?

eGift Cards are sent via email directly to the recipient. Purchasers can also choose to send it to themselves in order to deliver it personally.

When will I receive my eGift Card?

eGift cards will be sent to the email address provided within two business days.

Where and how can I use my eGift Card?

Central Mountain Air Gift Cards can only be redeemed at flycma.com. You will input your custom code into the promo code box when making your booking and the value will automatically be deducted from your eGift Card.

Will my eGift Card ever expire?

No. The Central Mountain Air eGift Card does not have an expiration date.

Terms and Conditions for the Central Mountain air Electronic Gift Card (“eGift Card”)

1.Purchase

eGift Cards can be purchased online only at flycma.com/giftcard

Purchases made online. In order to purchase an eGift Card online, information such as credit card and related payment and billing information need to be provided. Central Mountain Air may request further information to validate the transaction. In the act of providing such information, you warrant that all information provided is both current and accurate. All online orders of eGift Cards are subject to a process that compares information provided by you with information provided by your financial institution. If there is a discrepancy, your online order may be delayed or held until the information can be verified. If information can not be adequately verified, such online order may be cancelled at the discretion of Central Mountain Air. Central Mountain Air may also delay or cancel the online purchase of a eGift Card which contains a personalized message that Central Mountain Air deem, at their sole discretion, to be inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable. If the eGift Card delivery date has passed and you have not received confirmation that the eGift Card was sent, or if you need general assistance with the online purchase of your eGift Card, please contact reservations at 1-888-865-8585.

Purchasers residing in Canada can purchase eGift Cards in any denomination between $50 and $2,000 Canadian dollars at flycma.com/giftcard, No single eGift Card can be purchased for an amount exceeding $2,000 Canadian dollars at flycma.com/giftcard. The total value of eGift Cards that may be purchased by any one purchaser at flycma.com during any one day must be less than $10,000 Canadian dollars.

Gift Cards and eGift Cards can only be purchased using an accepted form of payment for which the billing address are located in Canada and/or the U.S.

All eGift Card sales are final. eGift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash or cheque once the purchase has been completed, except where required by law. eGift Cards are not redeemable for group travel.

3.Activation

eGift Cards purchased online are sent only following completion of payment and acceptance of the purchase by Central Mountain Air. Payment is considered complete once the payment processing method and fraud prevention procedures are finalized.

eGift Cards are delivered immediately after completion and acceptance of the online purchase to the recipient via secure email and can be redeemed immediately. Receipt of eGift Cards could take up to two business days.

4.Fraud

eGift Cards cannot be resold; unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for cancellation of the eGift Card without compensation.

Central Mountain Air is not responsible for eGift Cards purchased online that are undeliverable or not received due to inaccurate delivery information, including but not limited to, incorrect or inexistent email addresses. In order to ensure that delivery information has been entered accurately, we recommend that customers check all details prior to finalizing their purchase.

Central Mountain Air reserve the right to refuse, suspend, hold for review or cancel any eGift Card order for which fraud is suspected, for eGift Cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for any other violation of the Central Mountain Air Terms and Conditions.

Central Mountain Air reserve the right to deactivate or reject any eGift Card issued or procured, directly or indirectly, in connection with fraudulent actions.

5.Transferability

eGift Cards are fully transferable.

6.Redemption

The eGift Card can be redeemed at flycma.com or via the Central Mountain Air reservations team. However, it cannot be redeemed at airport locations.

eGift cards are only redeemable at Central Mountain Air toward the purchase of air travel offered by Central Mountain Air and operated by Central Mountain Air, and/or the purchase of ancillary services offered by Central Mountain Air in conjunction with a Central Mountain Air flight. Air travel and ancillary services offered by Central Mountain Air are limited to air transportation costs, change fees, last-minute upgrades, additional checked baggage fees, pet-handling fees, unaccompanied minor fees, and applicable taxes or any other similar fee that applies to the purchase.

eGift Cards cannot be used for payment of air travel wholly over the services of any other airline, or for the payment of a ticket which is part of a group booking. eGift Cards are not redeemable toward the purchase of Central Mountain air MyPocket Passes, group travel, Cargo products and services.

If the price of the ticket is inferior to the value of the eGift Card, the remaining value of the eGift Card is retained until the stored value reaches a zero balance. Once the eGift Card reaches a zero balance, it is deactivated and no further usage will be permitted. If the cost of the ticket being purchased is greater than the value of the eGift Card, the stored value will be depleted to zero value and the difference must be paid with another other accepted form of payment. Two eGift Cards cannot be used on one purchase.
