Central Mountain Air recognizes that pay equity is a major step towards building a diverse and equitable workplace. This Pay Equity Plan will be the cornerstone of Central Mountain Air’s efforts to ensure the entirety of its operations are equitable and was developed by the company’s pay equity committee.
