Charter Coordinator- Prince George, BC (YXS)

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Charter Coordinator to join our team at our Prince George, BC Base.
The Charter Coordinator is responsible for managing the organisation’s charter agreements and ensuring they are up to date and compliant with all relevant regulations. They will coordinate, create, and review charter agreements, maintain the database where agreements are housed, and provide advice and support to the management team.
Job Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and emails
Communicate Charter advisory emails with customers and company operations
Prepare charter quotes
Coordinate charter logistics, assist with operations, and liaise between company operations and clients
Provide passenger check in and ground handling for charters operations
Monitoring the progress of the flight from beginning to end
Promote a culture of safety
Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
High school diploma
Minimum two years’ experience in an office setting and two years in customer service
The ability to communicate with an advanced level of written and spoken English
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience and/or knowledge of airline operations is considered an asset.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Restricted Airport Identification Card (RAIC)
Must be flexible to work shift work including early morning, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
