MyPocket Passes Terms & Conditions.

The Central Mountain Air MyPocket Passes codes are fully transferable when purchasing packages of 20, 50 or 100 passes codes, and are redeemable for one year.

Once you receive your Central Mountain Air Travel MyPocket Passes codes, you can book your next flight to any of our destinations immediately upon receipt. Bookings can be made by visiting www.flycma.com or by contacting our Reservations team via email or phone noted below.

So how do you use your Central Mountain Air MyPocket Passes codes on the flycma.com website? 

Proceed through the booking process as usual entering your origin and destination, departure and return dates etc. Select your flights and the applicable Fare Type according to your MyPocket Passes package and enter the passenger details where requested.  When you are at the "Review & Pay" booking step, in the section "How would you like to pay?”, and shown below the booking cost summary chart are the words "Apply a travel voucher”. Click the arrow beside "Apply a travel voucher" and enter one of your MyPocket Passes codes as the Serial Number and then click on Search. The MyPocket Pass code will be applied against applicable fares and charges in accordance with the terms of the package purchased.  To complete your booking, please click confirm and pay and finalize the booking process.

Note: Total cost of the flight will be applied accordingly to the terms and conditions of the package purchased. For example, a MyPocket pass code will cover the total of the flight if the flight searched follows the same parameters of Origin-Destination and Fare Type (ECON, FLEX, or FLEX+) as the package chosen.

How do I check the balance on my MyPocket Passes?

Terms and Conditions for the Central Mountain Air Travel Voucher

1. The Central Mountain Air Travel MyPocket Passes can be redeemed at www.flycma.com and by calling Central Mountain Air Reservations at 1-(888)-865-8585 or emailing:  reservations@flycma.com

2. Central Mountain Air is not responsible for Central Mountain Air MyPocket Passes that are undeliverable or not received due to inaccurate delivery information, including but not limited to an incorrect or inexistent email address. To ensure that delivery information has been entered accurately, we recommend that customers review all details provided. Treat your MyPocket Passes like Cash. Central Mountain Air is not responsible for any stored value balance if MyPocket Passes are lost, stolen, misplaced or misused MyPocket Passes. If it is lost, stolen, misplaced, or misused without authorization, the value will not be refunded. Ownership and risk of loss are transferred to the recipient of the MyPocket Passes immediately upon completion of processing of the order.

3. The Central Mountain Air MyPocket Passes holder acknowledges and agrees that Central Mountain Air reserves the right to modify the present Terms and Conditions at any time. Central Mountain Air will notify you (the holder of the Central Mountain Air MyPocket Passes) of any changes by posting an updated version of the Terms and Conditions on flycma.com. It is the customer’s responsibility to regularly review these Terms and Conditions.

4. If your Central Mountain Air MyPocket Passes has been lost, please contact our Reservation team immediately. Central Mountain Air reserves the right to reject any claim for the replacement of a MyPocket Pass.
