Need an easy to read format?

To assist passengers in interpreting the tariff filed with the Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA), the abbreviated plain language version of CMA’s Conditions of Carriage and Tariff is available in our Travel Disruptions section. In the event of any discrepancies between the plain language version and the tariff, the provisions of the applicable Tariff will prevail.
